Q: Why might i need therapy?

You may need physical therapy to address a wide range of issues, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain management, balance problems, general injuries, or just to maintain your strength.

Q: Do I need a Doctors referral to start?

Some insurance plans require a doctor's referral, while others allow direct access to physical therapy. We can contact your Dr for you.

Q: How long is each session?

Most sessions are around an hour, and insurance will cover months of therapy.

If you are being seen for only STRETCH or foot problems, the sessions tend to be closer to 45 minutes, but we work with everyone's individual needs.

Q: Will my insurance cover my visits?

1) Medicare covers 80% of your visit cost. This leaves around $30 dollars which is often covered if you have a supplement or a secondary. We also accept cash pay. We can help navigate your insurance and will be discussed prior to starting care. Nobody likes surprises.

2) Stretch Therapy/ Plantar Fasciitis is cash pay $150/session.
